Shipping

Rates apply only to items shipped within the continental U.S. We will ship internationally, provided that the items are purchased by credit card, including the cost of shipping. There is no free shipping for international orders. These rates are based on USPS weight.

We ship by USPS. The above rates are automatically calculated in the shopping cart based on the total weight of your purchase.

The Hobby House, Inc. does not assume any responsibility for packages we ship after they are received by USPS. If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact the carrier.

Our commitment is to do business in a manner that promotes responsibility in protecting our environment. Often, manufacturers ship products to us using packaging (such as plastic bubble wrap and Styrofoam packing peanuts) that is not earth-friendly. Rather than sending this material to the landfill, we choose to reuse it in shipping products to our customers. We also reuse many of the cardboard boxes we receive. We encourage you to also reuse or recycle what you can.

Returns

Returns will be accepted with original packaging intact, with explanation of the problem. The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods. However, please contact us by telephone or email before returning any items!
